Maintain and organize the IT stockroom and ensure equipment is properly stored and accounted for.
Hands-on IT Asset & Logistics Technician supporting stockroom operations, inventory tracking, hardware receiving, shipping, deployment, and asset lifecycle management.
Job Responsibilities
Receive incoming IT hardware and verify shipments against packing documentation.
Process hardware requests and prepare equipment for deployment or distribution.
Ship equipment to users, vendors, company locations, and repair/disposition facilities.
Maintain accurate asset and inventory records in the applicable asset management system.
Update asset status, location, assignment, and other inventory information.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.

Qualifications
Experience with IT Asset Management, IT Inventory, Hardware Logistics, Stockroom, Warehouse, or similar environments.
Experience handling IT hardware and equipment.
Experience with shipping, receiving, packaging, labeling, and distribution.
Experience maintaining asset/inventory records and tracking equipment.
Experience performing physical inventory counts and reconciliation.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a hands-on environment and lifting/moving IT equipment, boxes, and packages, including pallets and larger shipments.
