IT Management Lead

Overview:

GovCIO is currently hiring IT Management Lead of Normal Operations to support our US Mint program.  This position will be located within the Washington, DC and will be a fully onsite position opportunity. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage process and technology improvement programs and projects
• Ensure effective and efficient operations of technology departments.
• Assess and mitigate operational risks.
• Lead a team responsible for addressing tickets in ServiceNow

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Info Systems or relevant Field with 15+ years (or commensurate experience)

 

Required Skills and Experience

 

• 15 years’ experience managing process and technology improvement programs and projects, ensuring effective and efficient operations of technology departments, while also assessing and mitigating risk.
• Strong operational leadership in IT departments.
• Risk management expertise.

Clearance Required: Must be able to attain and maintain a US MINT Public Trust

 

Preferred Skills and Experience

 

• Experience managing a team responsible for addressing tickets in ServiceNow preferred.

Posted Salary Range: USD $170,000.00 - USD $220,000.00 /Yr.
