What You Will Own

• Oversight of IT infrastructure, applications, security, and technology operations
• Management of multiple Managed Service Provider relationships, holding them accountable to SLAs and driving measurable performance
• Disaster recovery planning and execution for all mission-critical systems
• IT budget ownership
• Cybersecurity standards and compliance across the organization
• Process and SOP development to support a scaling workforce
• Evaluation and integration of new hardware, software, and cloud based solutions

What We Are Looking For

• BS in Computer Science or related field required
• 7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience with a track record of owning and running an IT function
• Strong MSP and vendor management experience, including contract negotiations
• Experience with integrating new technology via acquisitions
• General infrastructure background with hands-on experience in cloud and hybrid environments
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices
• Project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Strong communicator who can speak to both technical teams and senior business leaders
• Any exposure to AI and emerging technologies is a plus :
