IT Manager – Automation & Systems Development

The IT Manager leads automation initiatives and systems development across our technology landscape with hands-on experience with Jira workflows, BPM platforms, and OutSystems, with strong development capabilities in .NET and cloud operations in AWS.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage automation projects using Jira, BPM tools, and OutSystems to streamline business processes.Oversee the design, development, and deployment of custom applications and integrations using .NET technologies.Ensure robust and scalable cloud infrastructure management within AWS.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement technical solutions.Maintain high standards of system performance, security, and reliability.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Proven experience in IT management with a focus on automation and systems development.Strong proficiency in Jira (workflow automation), BPM platforms, and OutSystems.Solid development background in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, etc.).Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsCertifications in AWS, OutSystems, or BPM tools.Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with Agile methodologies.Compliance with Anti-Money Laundering and Bank Secrecy Act related principles, laws, rules and regulations, as well as Itau’s related policies and procedures
