The IT Manager is a high-impact, high-ownership role responsible for transforming 1upHealth''s IT operations. This role requires a balance of deep technical skills, personal accountability, and a genuine passion for customer service. As part of a collaborative, high-achieving team spanning cloud infrastructure, security operations, and governance & risk, you''ll have the opportunity to reimagine how IT supports our people. The ideal candidate knows that great IT isn''t about closing the most tickets, it''s about building the processes and systems that stop them from opening in the first place. If you''re energized about raising the bar for what IT can be, this role was made for you. This role is a hybrid role and will require 1-2 days per week in our Boston office.
