What you will be doing:<\/b>

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy/roadmap that supports the organization's existing needs and anticipates future direction.
    <\/li>
  • Plan, schedule, and implement major IT initiatives.
    <\/li>
  • Manage projects by defining scope, goals, deliverables, tasks, and required resources.
    <\/li>
  • Maintain organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by recommending and delivering strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance information technologies.
    <\/li>
  • Manage ongoing cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability scanning and remediation.
    <\/li>
  • Secure systems by developing system access, monitoring, control, and evaluation structures.
    <\/li>
  • Create, maintain, and document standard operating procedures and guides for the IT department.
    <\/li>
  • Maintain system performance by performing system monitoring, maintenance, deployment, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
    <\/li>
  • Verify the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes.
    <\/li>
  • Manage maintenance of data center environmental and monitoring equipment.
    <\/li>
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    <\/li>
  • Organize and conduct training and educational awareness programs in relevant IT areas.
    <\/li>
  • Develop and provide reference materials and support documentation.

    What you will need:<\/b>
    <\/div>
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
      <\/li>
    • 5 -8 years progressive management experience in Information Technology.
      <\/li>
    • 3 -5 years’ experience in infrastructure, network, security, and server management.
      <\/li>
    • 3 -5 years’ experience in managing help desk – tickets and resources for efficient time to resolution.
      <\/li>
    • 3 -5 years’ experience in managing technology in multi -site environment.
      <\/li>
    • Experience in managing compute infrastructure including data center environment, server virtualization, networking, firewalls, cloud and backup, provisioning and management automation, and monitoring.
      <\/li>
    • Experience in managing corporate IT including mixed Windows and Linux environments, Active Directory, Group Policy Objects. Cybersecurity, and integration with Enterprise applications.
      <\/li>
    • Experience in driving digital transformation and managing change.
      <\/li>
    • Cisco CCNA or CCNP is preferred.
