Position Summary

Overseeing and managing technical IT staff, manages on-premises and cloud-based server environments, and ensures alignment with business, security, and compliance requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Encompass strategic and capacity planning

  • vendor management, and process improvement initiatives.
  • In addition to technical leadership, this role is responsible for setting priorities, optimizing resource utilization, fostering team development, and partnering with cross-functional teams to support enterprise projects, infrastructure modernization initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree- Computer Science Programming

Experience

  • 3 years of managing people/leaderhsip experiences
  • 5-10 years of total IT experiences

The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.

Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
