  • Compensation: Competitive base salary $70,000-$85,000

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE IT MANAGER



  • Serve as the internal face of IT, providing patient, friendly, hands-on support to 200+ end users across the corporate office and remote sites

  • Own new hire and termination provisioning, including Microsoft 365 account setup and file server access

  • Order, configure, and deploy workstations and peripherals for corporate and remote-site staff

  • Manage the relationship with the organization's managed service provider (MSP) for infrastructure, firewall, server, and escalated support

  • Administer Microsoft 365 licensing, identity, and end-user account management

  • Provide input on security posture, cyber insurance compliance, and opportunities to optimize technology spend

  • Evaluate where workload currently routed to the MSP can be brought in-house to improve responsiveness and reduce cost

  • Partner with finance and operations leadership on ongoing ERP, tenant portal, and procure-to-pay initiatives (in a supporting capacity)


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE IT MANAGER



  • Generalist IT background with a strong customer service

  • Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365

  • Experience managing or coordinating with third-party MSPs and IT service vendors

  • Working knowledge of small-office networking (modems, routers, switches, printers) and end-user hardware support

  • Comfort acting as a vendor manager across telecom, MSP, and software providers

  • Awareness of cybersecurity best practices, MFA, and cyber insurance requirements for small/mid-sized organizations
