RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE IT MANAGER, APPLICATIONS



  • Lead and deliver IT projects focused on enterprise applications, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals

  • Manage and mentor a team of systems analysts, business analysts, and application developers

  • Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into effective technology solutions

  • Oversee project planning, resource allocation, budgets, and stakeholder communications

  • Maintain and enhance enterprise software systems supporting manufacturing operations

  • Research and evaluate new technologies to improve efficiency and support strategic initiatives


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE IT MANAGER, APPLICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

  • 10+ years of experience with ERP or transactional systems, preferably in manufacturing environments

  • Proven track record leading technical teams and managing complex projects

  • Experience with tier-1 ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, or similar), CRM systems, and business intelligence tools

  • Strong understanding of SQL, data analytics, and modern integration platforms

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across technical and business stakeholders
