IT ManagerTransdev is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Manager to join our team and ensure the seamless operation of all information technology and communications systems. In this critical role, you will provide desktop support, maintain key software systems, and collaborate with stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly. This position is based in North Las Vegas, Nevada.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary: $96,000 – $119,000Vacation: minimum 2 weeksSick days: 5 daysHolidays: 12 days (8 standard & 4 floating)Standard benefits: 401(k), medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, voluntary long‑term disabilityKey ResponsibilitiesHandle technology issues related to a transit environment, providing desktop, server, and network support in line with SLAs.Manage local servers, transit technologies such as MDTs and Trapeze, and voice/data systems including VOIP and T‑1 lines.Lead IT projects, coordinate with client IT teams and vendors, and provide technical reporting to local divisional offices.Develop strategic IT plans focused on cost control, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.Document and maintain IT operations and platform standards.Support analog, digital, or VOIP telephone systems, T‑1, fax, and DSL lines.Support local transit technologies such as Mobile Data Terminals and transit reservation software platforms.Manage servers (domain controller, file, application, database) at local division.Interact with client agencies, providing reports and updates.Manage complex IT projects, staff, and outside vendors.Develop operational and investment plans evaluating costs, benefits, and risks.Control and minimize costs.Manage Information Board and employee time‑management software.QualificationsBachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field, or 5+ years progressive IT support experience.High proficiency in Trapeze transit software (MUST). Strong technical expertise in Active Directory, MS SQL Server, network infrastructure.Experience with Windows 7, 10, Server 2012/2016, Microsoft Office, Cisco switches, routers, and backup/disaster recovery systems.Knowledge of cloud computing, server virtualization, and core IT frameworks.Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.Proficiency with major IT systems, services, and technology frameworks.Physical RequirementsMust be able to work shifts or flexible schedules.Work involves long periods of sitting, typing, or computer screen use.Environment includes both indoor and outdoor work.Legal & Equal OpportunityTransdev is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and welcomes all qualified applicants.
