IT Manager

Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on IT Manager to standardize technology across our growing network of locations. This role will lead post-acquisition IT integration and oversee the core systems our teams rely on every day. The IT Manager will drive technology consistency, security, and reliability while supporting the evolving needs of the business. This position will also partner with leadership and location teams to implement scalable IT solutions that support continued growth.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• M&A Technology Integration: Lead technology transitions for newly acquired locations and build a consistent IT environment across the company.
• Telecom Consolidation: Consolidate and negotiate internet, VoIP, and cellular contracts to reduce costs and simplify vendors.
• Business Systems: Own PSA Jobs and Encircle, including configuration, access, workflows, integrations, troubleshooting, and vendor management.
• IT Operations: Manage user access, software licensing, devices, vendors, and day-to-day technology needs.
• Scalability: Build repeatable IT standards and processes that make future acquisitions faster and easier to integrate.
• Asset Tracking: Potentially oversee equipment tagging and asset tracking in partnership with Fleet.

Qualifications

• Education
• • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, and hands-on IT experience may be considered.
• Experience
• • 5+ years of IT, business systems, or technology operations experience.
  • Experience managing SaaS platforms, technology vendors, and contracts.
  • Experience with multi-location or acquisition-driven businesses preferred.
  • Experience with PSA Jobs, Encircle, restoration, construction, or field services is a plus.
• Skills
• • Strong project management skills with the ability to independently drive projects from evaluation through implementation.
