Job Summary:
This role is responsible for maintaining and improving IT network systems, processes, and technology products. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality IT service delivery. A key focus will be on identifying and implementing enhancements to drive efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor network performance and resolve incidents.
Analyze data to identify trends and root causes of issues.
Optimize business processes and develop enterprise standards.
Liaise between stakeholders and technical teams on product delivery.
Lead process improvement initiatives and cross-functional teams.

Must-Have Skills:

Proficiency in ITIL or similar process frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Industry Experience:
Experience in the utility industry is preferred for this role.
