IT Onsite Technician

Your skills\n\n 4-5 years of experience in desktop support, end user computing, or IT support roles\n High School Diploma or GED in relevant field of studies.\n Experience troubleshooting Windows desktop environments, enterprise applications and hardware.\n Hands-on experience supporting VDI platforms (Citrix, VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop, w365).\n Experience with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).\n Experience with Ticketing tools\n Excellent communication and customer service skills.\n This role is a Salary Non- Exempt position with a targeted Salary range of $52,000.00 \u2013 $56,000.00 USD, based on experience and skillsets.\n \nYour tasks\n \nThe Desktop Support Analyst provides advanced technical support to end users across the organization, ensuring reliable operation of desktop systems, laptops, mobile devices, virtual desktops, and enterprise applications. This role serves as the escalation point for Level 1 support and is responsible for resolving complex technical issues in both physical desktop and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.\n \nThe technician works closely with infrastructure, security, networking, and application teams to diagnose and resolve incidents while delivering excellent customer service to business users within a regulated financial services environment.\n\n Advanced troubleshooting and analytical skills\n \n\n Customer-focused service delivery\n \n\n Ability to support both physical endpoints and virtual desktop environments\n \n\n Strong documentation and process discipline\n \n\n* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests\n \n\n \nBe part of us\n \nHemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
