IT Onsite Technician

Your skills\n\n Minimum of 2 \u2013 3 years of experience in Desktop IT support.\n Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols\n Ability to work independently and as part of a team\n Excellent communication and customer service skills\n Technical certifications such as A+ or Network+ are preferred\n Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, as needed\n Familiarity with Windows OS, Mac OS, and various software applications\n This role is a salary non-exempt position with a targeted salary range of $46,000.00 \u2013 $50,000.00 USD annually.\n \nYour tasks\n \nHemmersbach is seeking an experienced L2 Onsite Technician to provide onsite IT support across enterprise environments. The role focuses on troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting desktops, laptops, and peripherals, and maintaining IT infrastructure.
