An established financial services organization is seeking an experienced IT Operations Administrator to support daily technology operations within a collaborative, hands-on IT team. This role combines systems administration, enterprise application support, technology operations, and IT risk responsibilities while helping maintain a reliable, secure, and compliant technology environment.
The ideal candidate enjoys working across multiple disciplines, supporting internal users, administering business-critical applications, participating in technology initiatives, and contributing to operational improvements in a regulated environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer enterprise applications and Microsoft-based systems
Provide technical support for end users and business applications
Manage user provisioning, access changes, and account administration
Support technology projects and application implementations
Maintain system documentation and operational procedures
Assist with technology risk assessments and internal controls
Support business continuity and disaster recovery activities
Coordinate with external technology vendors and service providers
Role Requirements:
7+ years of IT Operations or Systems Administration experience
Experience supporting Microsoft environments
Strong enterprise application support experience
Experience with access management and operational controls
Knowledge of IT risk management principles
Familiarity with business continuity and disaster recovery
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Banking or financial services experience
Salesforce or CRM administration/support
Experience with banking platforms
Audit or regulatory support experience
Relevant Microsoft, ITIL, Security+, or CISA certifications
