The IT Operations Administrator supports daily IT operations by managing identity and access controls, overseeing asset lifecycle and budgeting, conducting audits, and provisioning training environments. This role ensures secure, efficient, and compliant IT systems while maintaining adherence to established processes across the organization.

The IT Operations Administrator is expected to process user permission requests within established SLAs, maintain asset inventory accuracy, ensure training environments are prepared and functional before scheduled sessions, and submit monthly operational reports on time. Compliance with change control procedures and zero critical audit findings are essential to success in this role. Must be a motivated individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Must comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by ICCU.
