Under supervision of the Information Technology (IT) Operations Manager, the IT Operations Analyst I will assist with basic system administration tasks such as network/system troubleshooting, incident management, and utilizing scripts to automate repeatable tasks for Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH). In addition to network surveillance and management responsibilities, also serves as an escalation point from other business units.
This position will require at least 4 days of the week to be onsite in Neptune, New Jersey after completing training.
