Position Summary

The IT Operations and Network Infrastructure Engineer provides hands-on technical support for the daily operation, monitoring, and maintenance of Roxbury Community College"s network, server, cloud, identity, and endpoint environments. Reporting to the Manager of IT Operations and Network Infrastructure, the Engineer performs assigned configuration, maintenance, and support tasks under the Manager"s direction, resolves escalated technical issues within their scope, and grows their technical range as the College builds its internal IT capability.... more...
