You'll support day-to-day needs while also helping build processes and systems that make IT more efficient and scalable over time. This role works well in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift. You'll work in partnership with our MSP, with a focus on coordination, execution, and internal ownership of IT operations. This is an in-office role based in Hammond, LA (5 days per week) travelling to properties and job sites across our Gulf Coast and Southeast portfolio as needed.
What You'll Own

• Supporting onboarding and offboarding of employees, including device setup, system access, and coordination with HR and operations teams
• Managing and resolving IT tickets in coordination with MSP
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Installation and setup of equipment at properties and job sites (devices, networking, Starlink, etc.)
• Ownership of site readiness and IT setup, including coordination with construction and operations teams to ensure locations are fully operational
• Ensuring reliability of systems, devices, and site setups across all locations
• Vendor coordination and follow-through to ensure work is completed correctly

• Documentation of systems, processes, and access points
• Building and improving IT structure (processes, standards, preventative maintenance)
• Identifying gaps and implementing solutions before issues arise
• Supporting system security and access controls in coordination with MSP (including user access, permissions, and basic security practices)
• Providing onboarding support and training for employees on IT systems, ticketing processes, and security awareness (e.g., phishing, best practices)
This role will start hands-on and evolve into supporting and guiding additional IT support as we grow.
