Position Overview
The IT Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of KANA's Information Technology department, ensuring the effective delivery of technology services across all locations. This role provides leadership for IT support operations, endpoint management, technology deployments, and service delivery while helping maintain secure, reliable, and efficient technology systems that support patient care and organizational operations.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with exceptional leadership, customer service, and operational management skills.

Work Schedule
KANA's standard work schedule is 37.5 working hours per week, consisting of 7.5 paid working hours per day plus a one-hour unpaid lunch break (8.5 hours on site per day).
