Akkodis is seeking an IT Operations Support Senior Associate for a Contract with a client in Wayne, MI. The ideal candidate will ensure reliable operation of IT infrastructure by managing servers, networks, and enterprise systems while providing support for system setup and troubleshooting.
Rate Range: $38/Hour to $45/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
IT Operations Support Senior Associate Job Responsibilities include:
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization platforms.
Configure and support networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs) to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve escalations to maintain uptime and system health.
Implement security measures, backup processes, and disaster recovery plans to ensure data protection and business continuity.
Support end users by setting up systems, installing software, and maintaining documentation of resolutions and processes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure support, or system administration.
Strong hands-on experience in managing servers, networks, and enterprise infrastructure components.
Proven expertise in troubleshooting complex technical issues and supporting end-user systems in a corporate environment.

Pay Details: $38.00 to $45.00 per hour
