Global Financial Firm located in Tampa , FL/ New York, NY has an immediate contract opportunity for an experienced IT Ops SME / Engineer.

"This role is currently on a Hybrid Schedule.
You will need to have reliable internet, computer and android or iphone for remote access into the client systems during remote work.
We will be expected in the office weekly 3 days depending on the team requirement.

Pay rate range: $ 74.00 - $ 75.00 Negotiable based upon years of experience

Job Description:

• 8+ years of experience in production support for enterprise applications
• Experience in defining operating models for Support (L1 to L3)
• Experience executing Failure Mode and Effect Analysis
• Experience in runbooks and technical documentation for production support
• Experience in observability and monitoring
