• Conduct change impact assessments to identify stakeholder, process, and organizational impacts.
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and readiness activities.
• Create and deliver clear, compelling communications that drive awareness, understanding, and adoption.
• Partner with project teams and business leaders to proactively manage change risks and resistance.
• Monitor readiness and adoption metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and effectively prioritize work based on project timelines, risk, and business needs.

• Proven experience supporting IT projects and technology implementations (5 to 10 years) - MUST HAVE Strong understanding of Organizational Change Management principles and methodologies; experience with Prosci is required, and Prosci certification is a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively across teams - MUST HAVE Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption strategies for technology-driven change initiatives.
