Job Description
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in enterprise IT project management delivering technical and data initiatives.
- Proficiency in enterprise portfolio management, stage-gate governance, and hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery.
- Experience with healthcare data systems, HIPAA compliance standards, and protected health information security.
- Experience in managing enterprise platform implementations including Salesforce, Tableau, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with enterprise data governance, analytics modernization, and reporting integration projects.
- Experience in vendor contract governance, Statements of Work (SOW) reviews, and risk registers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Direct technical project execution across data platforms, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and cloud modernization.
- Maintain centralized portfolio roadmaps, milestone tracking schedules, and work breakdown structures.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment between engineering, clinical analytics, compliance, and vendor workstreams.
- Generate executive dashboards and portfolio health reports detailing project KPIs, budgets, and risk mitigation.
- Oversee user acceptance testing, go-live implementation readiness, and post-launch technical stabilization.
- Enforce IT governance standards, architectural compliance reviews, and formal scope change controls.
- Manage vendor deliverables, technical milestones, invoice tracking, and contract statement of work commitments.
