As a connector between business operations and IT systems, this individual will monitor day-to-day operational performance, identify process gaps and compliance risks, and support cross-functional issue resolution. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical rigor, structured thinking, and a hands-on approach to tracking issues through resolution while maintaining clear documentation and reporting standards.

This role is essential in helping TCL proactively detect issues, improve operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making across North America.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Monitor and analyze daily operational and system data across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Logistics, Inventory Management, and Master Data processes
  • Own weekly KPI reporting and dashboard maintenance, providing clear insights on operational health metrics (e.g., OTIF, ASN accuracy/timeliness, logistics cost ratios, inventory accuracy)
  • Identify anomalies, risks, and trends, and escalate issues proactively

Issue Management & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Track, log, and manage cross-functional issues across Supply Chain, Finance, Product, IT, 3PL partners, and regional teams
  • Drive root cause analysis and coordinate corrective and preventative actions
  • Ensure issues are resolved within agreed SLAs with clear follow-through

Process Improvement & Governance

  • Conduct routine and ad-hoc business checkpoint validations to identify breakdowns in critical transactions
  • Support process improvement initiatives through project coordination, status tracking, and risk visibility
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying recurring issues and recommending scalable solutions

Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Develop and maintain process documentation including SOPs, process maps, flowcharts, and training materials
  • Maintain a structured and accessible document repository to ensure consistency across teams

Systems & Data Integrity

  • Work across OMS, TMS, ERP, EDI, WMS, and operational tools to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency
  • Support data validation efforts and improve data reliability for business decision-making

Qualification/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Data Analysis, or related field
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas required; Power Query a plus)
  • Comfortable working with imperfect datasets to identify trends and anomalies
  • Strong communication skills with ability to provide structured updates and coordinate across teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Basic understanding of SQL or database concepts; willingness to learn and grow technical skills

Benefits:

  • Medical Insurance
  • Dental Insurance
