Role: Product Manager

Location: Richfield, MN 55423

Salary Range: $50- $55/hr on W2

Introduction

Join our dynamic Customer Account and Identity (CAI) Team, where you'll manage customer identity, account, and account management experiences for both customers and employees. You'll engage in front-end and back-end development as well as database creation and management, focusing on customer-facing experiences for account management, sign-in, and account creation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Product management - 2+ years of experience.
• Experience with Customer SSO/Customer Account Sign-in.
• Prior work experience in the retail industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools for productivity.
• Data analysis expertise.
• Strong project management skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage product backlog and create epics and user stories.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs to technical specifications for the development team.
• Build business cases and conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
• Facilitate inter-team and external communications and provide status reporting.
