IT Product Manager II

Location: Local candidates preferred. Hybrid work schedule with onsite presence required ~2 days per week (Tuesday, Thursday).

Pay-$ 60/hr on W2. 

Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Product Management - 8-10 years of experience
• Customer experience/eCommerce - 2-5 years of experience
• Data-driven decision making - 5-10 years of experience
• Modern productivity and AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) - 1-2 years of experience
• Prior work experience in the relevant industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and hands-on experience with AI tools
• Understanding of personalization, experimentation, and performance measurement
• Experience optimizing digital experiences for distinct customer segments
• A strong customer focus and a commitment to quality

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to bring new homepage experiences to market, from intake through design, implementation, and measurement
• Balance personalized and business-driven content to deliver optimal page performance and outcomes
• Partner with machine learning teams to improve model performance and ensure objectives are met
• Champion measurement standards and quality to support ongoing optimization
