    • Build and maintain strong relationships with business unit leaders and internal stakeholders to understand needs, gather requirements, and support strategic IT planning
    • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT products, from ideation and planning through launch, assessment, and iteration, ensuring products meet business goals and user expectations
    • Lead product design and implementation, applying product management principles to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely completion of product milestones
    • Apply agile methodologies, manage sprints, drive continuous improvement through iterative solutions, and facilitate agile ceremonies to improve team performance
    • Evaluate emerging technology trends and conduct market analysis to recommend enhancements that maximize business impact and user satisfaction
    • Manage product documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and effective support for users and enablement initiatives
    • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to coordinate efforts, resolve issues, and deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with business needs
    • Track and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs), including business value delivery (e.g., revenue, customer lifetime value, churn), user adoption, customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, ROI, product strategy alignment, intake-to-solution time, time-to-market, team engagement, career progression, documentation discoverability, and cross-functional collaboration

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field
    • 4+ years of experience in product management or technology management, with a demonstrated history of leading initiatives, products, or services that advance organizational technology capabilities
    • Experience supporting manufacturing technology or operational environments preferred, including experience with Siemens solutions
    • Experience with product lifecycle management and market analysis
    • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities
    • Strategic thinking, innovation, and business analysis skills
    • Proficiency in product implementation, delivery, and ongoing management
