Job Title: IT Product Manager

Location: Remote

Duration: Contract - 12+ months

Pay Rate Range: $100 to $129/hr. (DOE)

Manager Notes:

• 5+ years of Product Management – 0-1 – End to End
• Strong experience in Mobile and Web Platforms.
• Will be working on Experimentation area – partnering with Data Science to analyze
• This team is building Agentic AI system to improve customer experience related to tax filing
• This needs strong experience as Product Manager – strong background in Taxing compliance in Mobile and Web based platforms.
   

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for a core consumer software experience, balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform investments.
• Drive AI-powered and personalized product capabilities that improve customer outcomes, usability, and overall experience.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Content, and Compliance teams to deliver scalable, high-quality product enhancements.
• Leverage customer research, experimentation, analytics, and performance metrics to validate product decisions and continuously optimize the user experience.
• Present product strategy, priorities, and outcomes to senior leadership while championing product quality, accuracy, and customer trust.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience delivering complex consumer software products from concept through execution.
• Experience partnering closely with engineering teams on technical product development, including AI/ML-driven capabilities.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using experimentation, customer insights, and data to drive product decisions.
• Experience in fintech or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
