Join us and be part of something bigger - helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time. **Position Summary** Creates and updates scheduling in IBM Workload Scheduler in the distributed and mainframe environments, per requested specifications, ensuring compliance with quality standards and policies. **Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities** + IBM Workload Scheduling for Mainframe and Distributed Systems + Build permanent scheduling definitions, including: calendars, resources, variables, and events. + Mainframe ad hoc scheduling support + Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of production issues as second level support. + Participate in on-call rotations. **Required Qualifications** + 1.5+ years experience in an IT role (e.g. Operations, Production Support, Systems Administration, Infrastructure Support) + 1.5+ years IBM Workload Scheduler z/OS scheduling experience + 1.5+ years IBM Workload Scheduler Distributed scheduling experience + Working knowledge in these technologies: + OS: UNIX, Linux, Mainframe, Windows Server + Protocols: Telnet, SFTP, TCP/IP + MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) + Problem solving and decision-making skills + Careful attention to detail + Customer focus **Preferred Qualifications** + Familiarity with IWS, JES, JCL, MVS-TSO, ISPF/XEDIT, CLIST, IBM Utilities + Familiarity with SAP application scheduling + Working knowledge: Vi and Unix Shell scripting + Familiarity with Tools/Apps: + Office 365 + ServiceNow: change management, work request, and incident **Education** Associate's degree or equivalent experience. **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $21.10 - $49.08 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
