Description
The Technology Program Manager (TPM) is responsible for driving and overseeing the execution of key Cloud Governance transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams. This includes tracking delivery against defined milestones, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and providing transparency into progress, risks, and outcomes aligned to enterprise Cloud Governance objectives.
The TPM partners closely with stakeholders across Cloud Governance, infrastructure, application teams, and control functions to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives, including governance process enhancements, onboarding enablement, automation, and reporting capabilities. The role focuses on enabling scalable, efficient, and well-governed cloud adoption through structured program execution and disciplined tracking of outcomes.
The TPM will manage and track multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment to committed timelines, clear accountability, and effective escalation of risks and dependencies. This includes supporting the development and delivery of governance frameworks, dashboards, and metrics that provide visibility into Cloud Governance performance, including throughput, cycle time, and adoption.¿
5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on PMO, transformation, or large-scale initiative delivery
3+ years of experience in technology environments (cloud, infrastructure, or software delivery), with sufficient understanding to coordinate across technical teams (deep engineering expertise not required)
Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams, including tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and interlocks across teams
Strong experience establishing and maintaining program governance routines, including status reporting, cadence meetings, action tracking, and contributing to executive updates
Demonstrated ability to drive execution and accountability across a matrixed organization, working through influence rather than direct authority
Experience in program planning and roadmap development, including milestone definition, sequencing, and alignment across interdependent initiatives
Strong experience in program reporting and executive communication, including development of clear, concise materials summarizing progress, risks, and outcomes for senior leadership
Experience facilitating cross-functional collaboration across governance, technology, security, and business teams
Strong organizational and follow-through skills, with the ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or evolving transformation efforts
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and standard PMO tooling for tracking workstreams and deliverables
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and executive-level presentations
Experience with Microsoft Project or similar tools for integrated program planning and tracking
Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and resolve conflicts across organizational boundaries
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities

Ability to identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance governance effectiveness
Familiarity with Cloud Governance concepts, including use case onboarding, control frameworks, or policy-driven environments (preferred)
Experience supporting operating model transformation, process redesign, or governance implementations (preferred)
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience developing and tracking program-level metrics and dashboards, including throughput, cycle time, delivery milestones, and adoption indicators
Understanding of risk, issue, and dependency management, including proactive identification, escalation, and resolution of blockers to maintain delivery timelines
