A growing global biopharmaceutical organization is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead a multi-workstream employee experience and digital workplace transformation. This individual will coordinate the continued development of an enterprise employee portal that provides employees with centralized access to information, content, services, and business systems.
The Program Manager will bring structure and accountability to work involving IT, HR, Corporate Communications, Procurement, and other business groups. Success requires strong program governance, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to help non-technical teams participate effectively in an Agile technology program.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the planning and delivery of an enterprise employee experience transformation program.
Manage program roadmaps, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Coordinate delivery across IT, HR, Corporate Communications, Procurement, and other functions.
Translate business goals into clear workstreams, ownership assignments, and near-term deliverables.
Manage work, priorities, and delivery status through Jira.
Facilitate executive steering meetings, stakeholder workshops, and program reviews.
Help technical and non-technical teams work effectively within Agile delivery cycles.
Coordinate platform integrations, rollout activities, adoption planning, and hypercare.
Resolve roadblocks and competing priorities through collaboration and influence.
Communicate technical issues in clear, business-focused language.
Role Requirements:
Seven or more years of project or program management experience.
Experience leading large, complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives.
Experience with employee experience, digital workplace, enterprise self-service, intranet, or similar platforms.
Strong hands-on experience managing work through Jira.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery environments.
Experience coordinating technical and business stakeholders.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Strong executive presence and communication skills.
Experience managing roadmaps, risks, dependencies, milestones, and executive reporting.
Ability to guide teams that are unfamiliar with formal IT delivery processes.
Bachelor s degree or higher.
Ability to work EST hours.
Ability to work on a W2 basis.
No current or future employment sponsorship requirement.

Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences experience
HR technology or Workday integration experience
ServiceNow Employee Center Pro experience
Workvivo implementation experience
Corporate intranet modernization experience
