This role is expected to be in the office 4 days a week. As part of the Outsourcing Governance Office (OGO) team you will work within the Offshore Governance Office to deliver on the objectives and outcomes aligned with the STS outsourcing strategy. These objectives include ensuring long term sustainability of the STS outsourcing model via a centralized STS vendor governance body with clearly defined Objectives/Key Results (OKRs), enabling alignment of OGO governance processes with top-down outsourcing guiding principles.  You will ensure flexibility for STS labor needs by leveraging 3rd party vendors while safeguarding STS and the enterprise from undue risk.  You will also lead efforts to define and continuously improve governance processes, measure, and report on adherence to those processes, and focus efforts on being an advocate to STS leaders and distributed Agile teams leveraging the Outsourcing program.      You will lead and/or support in the following areas:  Accountable for OGO governance objectives and outsourcing outcomes (i.e. OKRs); ensure the long-term sustainability of top down outsourcing guiding principles.  Coordinate with Senior Management Team and set the long-term strategic direction for STS outsourcing.  Partner with Corporate Vendor Management (CVM), HR, Legal, and Finance to fulfill Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) objectives.  Partner with CVM to finalize non-legal aspects of vendor contracts, service levels, and pricing.  Provide thought leadership, oversight, and advocacy for Outsourcing Engagement and Delivery Managers.  What you have To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.      Required qualifications:  BS in MIS, or related field, or equivalent work experience. 3-5 years IT or procurement experience supporting third party vendors on an enterprise level. Proven ability to leverage relationships and insights to successfully influence others and to build and maintain authentic and trusted relationships to create alignment and support.  Experience managing, maintaining, and measuring outsourcing labor models for an organization while safeguarding the enterprise from undue risk. Proven track recording of controlling and optimizing outsourcing costs and productivity.  Experience with forecasting and managing outsourcing capacity based on demand in adherence to top down guiding principles.  Proven track record with the ability to define and track quality of work output, proactively manage organic/inorganic attrition, streamline the training and onboarding process, and tailoring vendor contracting to suit the Agile development methodology.  Proven ability to build and leverage trusted relationships to create alignment and support and to utilize technology outsourcing program insights to successfully influence others.    Preferred qualifications:  Financial services experience.  Strong verbal and written communication skills. Negotiation skills. Prior job knowledge and financial experience with an understanding of spend thresholds and experience with continuously monitoring/managing unit labor costs.   Strategic vendor relationship management experience with an understanding of metrics and scorecards for vendors that includes financial and non-financial SLAs. * Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to anticipate issues and to design appropriate solutions.   Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship. In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
