    Description

    The Chief Information Officer (CIO) Team Lead serves as the lead, manager, and administrator for the CIO support team. This individual is responsible for directing team efforts, including contractor personnel operating across multiple locations, and serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Sponsor program authorities and staff regarding technical and project-related matters.
    The Team Lead is responsible for regularly briefing leadership on program status, key accomplishments, risks, and milestone progress. Additionally, the Team Lead oversees contractor personnel and project operations through the development of procedures and the planning, coordination, and execution of contractual, technical, and multi-disciplinary activities.
    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum of four (4) years of hands-on program management experience supporting enterprise IT operations and maintenance (O&M) and system enhancement initiatives.
    • Demonstrated experience developing decision-quality materials, including strategic papers, options analyses, executive briefings, and executive action tracking products.
    • Experience overseeing or guiding portfolio and program performance, resource planning, acquisition and procurement strategy development, vendor management, and enterprise licensing activities.
    • Active security clearance required, TS/SCI (level determined by contract requirements).
    Desired Qualifications
    • Active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PMP) certification.
    • Experience translating mission priorities into actionable IT roadmaps, investment strategies, and measurable performance outcomes.
    Education and Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
    • At least Eight (8) years of relevant professional experience.
