Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead a strategic ERP financial transformation initiative focused on modernizing and optimizing core finance systems and processes. This role will be responsible for roadmap development, program governance, delivery execution, and stakeholder alignment across the organization.
The selected candidate will lead cross-functional teams through complex program lifecycles while ensuring alignment with finance operating models, regulatory requirements, and enterprise standards. The role requires close collaboration with project managers, business relationship managers, and key stakeholders to align program scope, timelines, and resource planning. Responsibilities also include risk management, mitigation planning, and providing regular status updates to IT and finance leadership teams.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
- PMP or equivalent project/program management certification preferred
- Proven experience leading ERP and financial transformation programs
- Strong experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar financial systems
- Expertise in managing large-scale enterprise programs using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
