We are currently seeking an IT Program Manager (ERP) for a prominent client of ours. This position is fully remote. Details for the position are as follows:

 

Job Description:

  • Pay: $95 – 112/hr (W2)
  • 1-year assignment with potential for extension based on performance and business need
  • You will lead a strategic ERP financial transformation initiative focused on modernizing and optimizing core finance systems and processes
  • Own roadmap development, program governance, delivery execution, and stakeholder communication across IT and finance teams
  • Lead cross-functional teams through complex program lifecycles while ensuring alignment with finance operating models, regulatory requirements, and enterprise standards
  • Coordinate closely with project managers and business relationship managers to align scope, schedules, resources, and delivery priorities
  • Manage program risks, mitigation plans, status reporting, and executive-level updates throughout the project lifecycle
  • Drive large-scale ERP and financial systems implementations using Agile and Waterfall methodologies

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in computer science, IT, finance, or related field
  • PMP certification or similar project/program management certification required
  • Pharma industry experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record delivering ERP and financial transformation programs
  • Experience with ERP and financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
  • Experience leading large-scale enterprise programs using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
