Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager III to join our dynamic team as a Delivery Lead for DevEx Test Management. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in multi-team program leadership, dependency and risk management, and automation-first delivery practices, and a proven ability to deliver complex platform initiatives on time and within quality and governance expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-team programs from initiation through delivery, aligned to business goals, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Translate business strategy into actionable plans with milestones and clear deliverables.
• Orchestrate cross-team work, proactively managing dependencies, risks, and integration points.
• Promote automation-first delivery to improve flow, reduce manual effort, and increase predictability.
• Provide concise reporting using real-time delivery and operational data.
• Partner with product, engineering, platform, and shared services to enable smooth delivery of outcomes.
• Manage intake and prioritization to match capacity and reduce overload using WIP limits.
• Support operational readiness including testing, environment preparation, controls, and transition to support.
• Maintain compliance with enterprise change, security, and audit standards.
• Drive continuous improvement through metrics, flow diagnostics, and structured feedback loops.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Significant experience leading multi-team delivery in product, platform, or enterprise environments.
• Background as a Program Manager, Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or equivalent role.
• Demonstrated success with intake governance, dependency management, WIP limits, and RAID rigor.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and AI-accelerated workflows.
• Proficiency with delivery planning, documentation, and workflow tools, including Jira.
• Experience navigating enterprise change, security, and compliance processes.
• Onsite presence in Charlotte, NC, beginning in October, as required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with platform rollouts, modernization, or technical migrations.
• Knowledge of CI, CD, automated testing, security scanning, or release automation concepts.
• Experience with delivery metrics and value stream or flow-oriented practices.
• Familiarity with operational readiness, SLOs, and support models.
• Financial fluency in budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience using AI tools for story refinement, documentation, or delivery automation.
