IT Program Manager III

The candidate will be supporting the Market Risk Technology team in various capacities. The role involves a deep understanding of the critical components that govern and cover the data consumed and created in market risk. The candidate should be comfortable with detailed data flows, lineage requirements, transformations, and the necessary testing, audit, and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of projects aimed at remediating data issues within the ecosystem.
• Source new data from upstream systems and implement changes or map data to other fields within the system.
• Understand user testing processes to demonstrate how data changes or remains consistent through the flow.
• Develop a granular understanding of project plans and create reporting across business and technology sectors.
• Query data skills are considered a plus.

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Program/Project Manager working on significant technical delivery.
• Experience in data-related and regulatory projects, with knowledge of Global Markets or Risk Technology and Market Risk concepts.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical, business, and quantitative model partners and stakeholders.
• Experience in synthesizing complex data into actionable analysis and presentations for non-technical partners.
• Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.

Desired Qualifications

• Expertise in project management tools.
• Experience working in Risk Technology, Global Markets Technology, or risk management.
• Technical skills in systems architecture, SQL, Python, Data Analysis, and Tableau.
