This role directs day-to-day delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams, coordinating a scalable team that supports a high-volume portfolio of initiatives, maintains accurate and current project data, manages schedule and financial performance, and resolves delivery risks before they impact outcomes. The Program Manager serves as a primary interface with government stakeholders and contracting authorities while maintaining accountability for staffing coordination, subcontractor oversight, quality, budget adherence, and timely delivery of assigned program milestones in a fast-paced, reporting-driven environment.

  • Oversee support for multiple concurrent initiatives, including schedule maintenance, scope and cost baseline tracking, status reporting, meeting coordination, deliverable development, and change management
  • Maintain accurate, specific, and current project data within enterprise PPM and delivery tools to support leadership decision-making and reporting cadences
  • Develop and oversee executive reporting artifacts, including status reports, burn rate tracking, and stakeholder briefings
  • Drive identification of trends, risks, and root causes through analysis of project performance data and implement corrective actions
  • Manage staffing coordination, subcontractor oversight, financial performance tracking, burn tracking, quality controls, and compliance with contract requirements
  • Serve as a key program delivery lead for status, risks, issues, conflicts, and decisions requiring resolution while reinforcing governance processes, templates, and best practices
Qualifications:

  • Experience managing complex federal or enterprise IT delivery efforts across multiple concurrent projects or workstreams in high-throughput environments
  • Demonstrated experience with project baselines, risk and issue management, stakeholder reporting, budget tracking, and delivery governance
  • Experience operating within enterprise PPM environments (e.g., ServiceNow PPM, Azure DevOps, or similar)
  • Strong experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating subcontractors in Agile delivery environments with evolving priorities
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex project data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders
