IT Program Manager Specialist

Introduction

This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in IT program management, particularly within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will balance both generalist and technical responsibilities, with a significant focus on data and system migrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7 years of IT Program Management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in data and system migrations, preferably to the cloud.
• Working knowledge of Jira or similar project management tools.
• Prior work experience in financial services, capital markets, or credit risk.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with capital markets processes and data.
• Agile or other project management certifications.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Analyze, interpret, and visualize data to support business decisions.
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Prepare management reports and executive presentations for status updates.
• Liaise with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Track project progress, identify risks/issues, and propose solutions.
• Support process improvements by analyzing workflows and recommending enhancements.
• Ensure documentation of project requirements, changes, and outcomes.
