Pay Range: $85 to $90/hour on W2

This role is pivotal in defining the direction and execution of complex technology programs, acting as the central point of contact between business needs and technical delivery. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable business outcomes are achieved. The position requires a blend of strategic vision, leadership, and hands-on program management to drive modernization and deliver reliable, secure technology solutions.

Key Responsibilites

• Define and manage the overarching product vision and roadmap.
• Oversee the execution of large-scale, cross-functional technology programs.
• Develop and manage program budgets and financial forecasts.
• Communicate program status and strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure successful delivery of technology solutions from inception to operation.
• Expertise in product strategy and roadmap development.
• Proven ability to lead complex enterprise-level programs.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Must Have Skills

• 12+ years of technology program, portfolio, project, or product management experience.
• 8+ years leading large-scale enterprise technology initiatives.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with significant budgets and executive visibility.
• Experience serving as Product Owner, Product Manager, Program Manager, or Portfolio Manager.
• Demonstrated success leading digital transformation, infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, application modernization, or technology lifecycle management initiatives.

Experience in managing large-scale, enterprise technology programs, ideally within a complex, matrixed organization, is highly preferred.
