Job Description

IT Project Analyst,

The Project Analyst position oversees a variety of projects within the healthcare technology domain, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, clinical objectives, and regulatory standards. This role focuses on prioritizing work as part of a larger portfolio of initiatives, optimizing resource allocation, driving strategic value through project deliverables, and seeking to innovate process through change. The ideal candidate has a background in IT project management or analysis, healthcare systems, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Project Development and Management

  • Lead IT projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the specified requirements
  • Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, schedule, resources, risk management, and deliverables
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, business analysts, QA teams, and external vendors


Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with clinical teams and stakeholders, operational teams and stakeholders, and external partners to ensure project success
  • Serve as main point of contact for all project-related matters, addressing concerns and making necessary adjustments


Data Collection and reporting

  • Collect, analyze, and report on program data to track performance metrics and outcomes that align to departmental KPIs and organizational KPIs
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and stored according to internal standards


Budget and Resource Management

  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and within budget
  • Monitor expenditures, ensure cost control measures are in place, and recommend adjustments as necessary


Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure portfolios adhere to healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards
  • Identify potential risks and issues related to program implementation and delivery, taking corrective actions when needed


Training and Development

  • Provide training and support to staff involved in program delivery to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Participate in a culture of continuous improvement by staying up to date with industry best practices and new healthcare trends


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-3 year experience required.
