You'll work with diverse teams and utilize various technologies to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects with broad influence through governance, organization, and risk management.
Lead end-to-end change management efforts, including strategy development and stakeholder engagement.
Measure and report key performance results to drive decision-making.
Set expectations with stakeholders and mitigate risks and resistance.
Facilitate senior-level decision-making through transparency and data visualization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
7 years of project and change management experience in large corporate environments.
Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Ability to solve problems independently and handle ambiguity.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
