Project Coordinator needed for a 9+ Month Contract working remotely within the Columbus, OH Area!!!!

Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator to organize the logistics, documentation, and scheduling for information technology projects, ensuring initiatives are completed on time and within scope. They bridge the gap between technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders by tracking project milestones, managing resources, and preparing status reports.
As a Project Coordinator you will:
Project Scheduling & Tracking: Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and deliverables to keep tasks on track.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, and risk logs.
Communication & Liaison: Serve as a central point of contact for stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Resource Coordination: Assist with tracking project resources (team members, equipment, software) and managing vendor processes.
What we're looking for
Experience: Generally, 2+ years of experience in IT project coordination or a related role.
Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, communication, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
