BayCare Clinic Corporate Headquarters is looking for an IT Project Coordinator Intern to join our Information Technology team in Green Bay, WI. We’re looking for a compassionate, thoughtful candidate who wants to contribute to a positive experience for all our patients. This position is part time up to 30 hours per week, with typical hours Monday-Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. This position is a hybrid role requiring some onsite work at our corporate headquarters office in Green Bay. No Holidays! No Weekends!

The Job:
- Assist in creating and updating project documentation and templates (e.g., charters, closure reports, communication plans).
- Help track project milestones and deliverables using project management tools.
- Support the preparation and distribution of project status reports.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings; assist with agendas and meeting notes.
- Maintain project calendars and assist with resource tracking.
- Log risks and issues and escalate to project managers as needed.
- Help ensure documentation complies with organizational standards.
- Participate in team meetings and shadow project managers to learn coordination best practices.
- Assist with change request documentation and routing.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to project managers (e.g., formatting documents, data entry).
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance and ethical standards.
The Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Completed coursework in Application Development, Infrastructure, or Project Management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Interest in project management and IT operations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
