PROJECT COORDINATOR


" Task
o Create, upload, and maintain Scope of Work for each NRR project
? Partner with COE s to get required information to produce form
? Maintain project data in corporate database
o Create and upload and maintain SPRF form to support special projects
? Partner with COE s to get required information to produce form
o Support with maintaining Fleet database with Store detail update
? Maintain REC updates, EA reviews updates, RE/Deal Makers weekly updates, Lease execution updates
o Support with NRR picture process update
? Review pictures and support management of images to corporate database (virtualapp)
o Support with notes and track Host weekly updates
? Bass Pro, Macy s, store development project alignment
o Support Marketing and Ops team with lease language review
? Deal intake request to get information from lease agreements
o Maintain project database post weekly review with COE partners
? Real Estate, Design, Planning, Store development
o Support with Dossier presentation for NRR projects
