About the roleWe are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented IT Project Coordinator to join our collaborative IT team. This is an excellent entry‑level opportunity for recent graduates eager to build a career in IT, with a clear growth path toward IT Architecture or Solutions Engineering roles. You will own small‑to‑medium IT projects end‑to‑end, working cross‑functionally with our Security, Internal Support, and IT Architecture teams to deliver well‑documented, tested, and fully handed‑off solutions.What you'll doOwn IT projects from initiation through completion, managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication independentlyDocument project requirements, technical specifications, and process workflows clearly and thoroughlyCoordinate with internal teams including Security, IT Support, and IT Architects to ensure smooth project transitions and handoffsTest and validate deliverables prior to handoff to ensure quality and completenessMaintain project documentation and status updates using Asana, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft 365Leverage Microsoft Purview to support data governance and compliance requirements within projectsCommunicate proactively with stakeholders at all levels to keep projects on track and aligned with business needsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field (no prior professional experience required)Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiencesHighly organized with a natural ability to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneouslyCurious, self‑motivated, and eager to learn across a broad range of IT disciplinesComfortable working independently in a fully remote environment while staying closely connected to a collaborative teamFamiliarity with Microsoft 365, Asana, Purview, or Azure DevOps is a plus — but not requiredCertifications such as CompTIA ITF+ or Microsoft Certifications are a strong plusA note for CandidatesThis role is ideal for someone who is early in their career but ready to take ownership.
