Our Hartford based client is seeking a well rounded engineer that brings in depth experience with small to midsize business IT infrastructure. In this position you will work on key projects and serve as a top tier escalation.
Salary range $100,000 $120,000 + yearly bonuses and strong benefits and paid overtime
Location, Glastonbury CT area on site role with remote capabilities when working through projects. This role is client facing, traveling in CT and western MA to client sites for projects is required.
Responsibilities:
Take lead and work through various client facing projects including network and server builds/upgrades, cloud migrations (email to O365), security and compliance projects (CMMC 2.0, NIST 800-171, PCI, FTC), virtualization (Hyper V) projects, firewall configuration and upgrades
Perform ongoing support to clientele and serve as a top tier escalation
Install and maintain VoIP solutions
Qualifications:
Expert level small to midsize business IT infrastructure configuration, integration, and troubleshooting experience
Strong experience with Windows server OS, Hyper-V and VMWare
Experience with O365 email, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure, on-prem Exchange Server Configuration, and cloud migrations
