IT Project Engineer (Systems Engineer) - Charlotte, NC (Onsite) - Full Time - $85000-$95000 Per Year 

This full-time position in the Charlotte, NC area involves managing end-user computing environments and handling complex technical escalations. The role requires proficiency in various endpoint management and security technologies, and involves integrating new business acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning and execution for IT system integrations in mergers and acquisitions.
• Manage the lifecycle of end-user devices, including procurement, deployment, and retirement.
• Deploy and manage software applications, updates, and security patches.
• Administer endpoint security solutions and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Serve as a Level 3 escalation point for complex endpoint-related issues.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in desktop engineering, endpoint management, or client systems administration.
• Proficiency with modern endpoint management platforms and automation scripting.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise operating systems and directory services.
• Experience in managing mobile devices with a unified endpoint management solution.
• Familiarity with server virtualization and basic networking concepts.
