IT Project Manager –Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional delivery of technology projects from start to finish.
- Align IT projects and practices with business requirements.
- Define project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, tasks, and resource needs.
- Manage the complete project lifecycle from planning through implementation.
- Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and project meetings.
- Work with technical and product teams to break complex projects into actionable plans.
- Prioritize tasks and manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Track project status, progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Identify and manage cross-team dependencies.
- Develop and drive risk mitigation plans.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, business teams, and stakeholders.
- Use negotiation and facilitation skills to resolve project challenges.
- Provide clear visibility into project progress to stakeholders.
- Apply strong analytical, planning, and project management skills.
- Requires a Bachelor's Degree and relevant IT project management experience.
- Typically requires 5–10 years of experience in IT/project management.
